Beginning my journalism career in Hyderabad in early 1980s as a journalism student, I moved on to work in New Delhi, Bangalore and then back to Hyderabad in late eighties - all with Press Trust of India. Finally moved back to Delhi in 1989 to work briefely with PTI and then the Observer. Here are some glimpses of my work from this nostalgic era, converted from yellowing and cracking newsprint to, hopefully, readable digital clips.
